The relocation agency on Costa del Sol

When we launched our new business on Costa del Sol, i.e. relocation agency, one of the most common questioned asked was “How did the recession affect you?”  The answer to this question – it did not!

There are a number of new businesses that are starting In Malaga region at the moment, which is quite refreshing.  Whether it is an entertainment business, marketing and media agencies, charity organisations, or interior design and architecture, there is a room for everyone in this market.  As long as your ideas are innovative you believe in them and obviously there is a market for your services you are bound to be successful in this part of the world.

Now, back to our business.  Moving to a new country is not an easy decision.  This decision can easily become a nightmare for you and your family if you have not done a proper research.  We, at Del Sol Packaged, can and want to help you.

Just imagine how much easier the life will become if you have a team of reliable professionals working with you all the way through your move.  From the moment you make a decision to move we will be with you every step to guide and provide continuous support.  We start with a pre-arrival brief, followed by a questionnaire that will help us understand better the needs of our clients and their families.  We will inform you about all the formalities and paperwork that you will require upon arrival to Spain.  You will not have to struggle trying to explain to a local taxi driver as to what is your final destination.  A member of our team will be there to meet you and take you to your place of residence.  At a time, most convenient to you, we will provide a thorough briefing on the current real estate options, car import or purchase, best schools and kindergartens, etc. etc.

I am a wife and a mother of three kids.  In my previous life I worked and traveled across different countries and had a pleasure of meeting and working with people of very diverse backgrounds.  Before moving to Costa del Sol we have done extensive research that lead us to a decision to move to this beautiful country and start our new life amongst people with very positive attitude and open hearts.

Welcome to Costa del Sol, the market of opportunities and one of the top holiday destinations!

Moving to a New Country

It is a very well known fact that moving to a new country is not an easy decision to make.  Ok, so you decided to take this big step, what next? You go to your computer and start your search for information related to a country you will be moving to.  But what shall you look for?  Is it freight forwarding, Real-estate Company, local hospital, recruitment agency, schools or perhaps even pet travel agency?  You may end up spending most of your day trying to find some answers whilst getting lost in debris of internet and various search engines like google, yahoo, msn, altavista and maybe even youtube.  At best you’ll finish your day having a cup of tea or a nice glass of wine whilst sharing all that accumulated frustration with friends and family through your facebook account.

What to do?

The answer would be – look for a relocation company.  At least this is a start.  Whether you will buy their services or not it is a decision to be made at a later stage.  Check the webpages of relocation agencies in the area.  Make sure you find one either in the city you are moving to or at least in the same state/province.  You will find a lot of useful information.  Many relocation companies will have useful links on their webpages about the local area.  Don’t be afraid to ask for their prices as not all of them have a published price list on line.  You may get a pleasant surprise and find out that you can actually afford their services even if you are not an employee of a big corporate business.  Beware, there are some real estate agencies that are trying to sell their not-so-successful business as a new and trendy one, i.e. Relocation Agency.  Most of them will have a small print about penalties and hidden charges.  If you are not planning to buy a property or rent a property you should be extremely careful before signing any contracts or agreements.

Always ask for any hidden charges.

Always read Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policies and especially Small Print that could be hidden on one of the pages.

Good luck with your new life!
